Maxibillion Delivery Rates Worldwide

 

- Rest of Europe: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia Herzegovina, Faroe Islads, Georgia, Greeland, Iceland, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vatican City State.

 

- Our cut-off time for same day dispatch is 16:00 GMT. 

- Once you've placed an order, we'll send you an Order Confirmation email as well as an email to let you know when we've dispatched your order. 

- Most of our orders are sent with secure tracked services to help you follow your order. 

- In some cases, local customs can introduce delivery delays that are out of our control. 

- Order that include personalised products take between 2-3 weeks to deliver worldwide. 

- For some countries outside of the European Union, orders may be subject to additional local taxes and customs duty. Our final prices are not inclusive of any local taxes and customs duties you may be subject to. 

 

 

Maxibillion is 7/24 at your service. We accept returns for 20 days from the day you receive your products. We are excited to have you as a customer, and we will do our best to keep you fully satisfied. 

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

 

1. Print your returns label. 

 

  • Your order tracking e-mail includes a “Returns” button.  Simply reopen the e-mail and click the button to create your return label. 
  • Alternatively, login to your members account through MY ACCOUNT. Fill in and submit the “Returns Form”. Your return label will be e-mail to you within 24 hours.    
  • CONTACT US with your order number or e-mail us through customercare@maxibillion.co.uk if you have any questions. 

 

 

2. Hand them over to your local Post Office or book a collection with DHL. 

 

  • Seal your package for shipment. Attach your return label to the outside of the box.
  • To book a collection with DHL, follow the Schedule Pickup link.
  • For returns with other couriers, simply drop your package into a local service point, ideally your local Post Office. 
  • If you are returning items from the UK, we offer free returns. The cost of returns will be refunded back to you once we receive and approve the items. 

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

- The return request will be accepted within 20 days from the day you receive your products. 

- The parcel must be sent off within 14 days of telling us you wish to return items. 

- We will either refund you the original purchase price or exchange your items. 

- Returned items must have been purchased online on Maxibillion.co.uk

- We will confirm if returned items meet our guidelines within 3-5 days of receipt of items due to the time it takes for warehouse processing.

REFUNDS POLICY

 

- Please make sure all items are in their original packaging and in new condition. 

- If you are returning your items from the UK, returns are free of charge and will be refunded after we receive the items. The refundable shipping cost will be the same as our charges for standard delivery.

- We will only accept refunding shipping cost of returns from other countries if your order is incorrect or faulty. The refundable shipping cost will be the same as our charges for standard delivery.

- Your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you.  

- If returning from outside the UK and the EU, we cannot refund customs duties and local taxes. 

- All refunds will be made to the debit or credit card originally used for purchase.

- Exchanged goods are sent out free of charge to the UK.  

- Items that are not received in original packaging or new condition, for example if hangtags are missing, will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange.
